* Note that eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the Kyosei-kan except for in the HUB (british pub), Tully's Coffee (coffee shop) and the multipurpose room 2 (the coffee break room during the conference).

4. Notices:
4-1. For Speakers: 
Speakers will make their presentations with their laptops/tablets.  Presentations will be displayed using a projector and a VGA cable. Please make sure to check the connection between your device and the projector at the hall during breaks. 
 
4-2. For Poster Presenters: 
Poster boards have the full dimensions of 120 cm in width and 170 cm in height. The poster presentation area is in the "Event Terrace" in "Raio-sha" (for details, check the campus map).  Each poster presenter will have a one-minute oral presentation (flash presentation) using a one-page slide. For each flash presentation, authors are required to send a one-page presentation file in PDF format to gcws2019 'at' gmail.com before October 18. Please name each presentation file as "[poster number].pdf".  These flash presentation slides will be projected by the committee's MacBook Air.  
 
5. Internet Connection: 
Wi-Fi connection is available in the Fujiwara Hiroshi Hall and Event Terrace.  An SSID and password will be informed at the reception desk.  Eduroam is also available.  
 
6. Coffee Breaks
Coffee and snacks will be served in the multipurpose room 2, the room next to the multipurpose room 3 (the room next to the Fujiwara Hiroshi Hall). Please find their locations in the 2F floor map:

7. Lunch
Please take lunch during lunch breaks.  There are school cafeterias in the building next to the Raio-sha (see the campus map). A convenience store is in the Kyosei-kan as well.  On the other side of Hiyoshi station, there are a number of small restaurants and convenience stores.  Please enjoy your lunch time with this lunch map:

8. Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held on Oct. 23 at Yokohama Monolith, which offers a beautiful night view of the Yokohama port. Information concerning the conference dinner is described on the web page:

9. Proceedings
The editors would like to publish all papers presented at the GCWS2019 as a Volume of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conferences Series as soon as possible. The authors must send their manuscript before the deadline: Nov. 25, 2019.  Instructions concerning manuscript preparation are described on the web page:
