Registration Information

 
Participants who are giving a presentation are required to submit a title and abstract poster only, by September 30, 2019 .
All participants are required to make an online registration by September 30, 2019

■ Registration Fees

(1)  We accept online registration only.
(2)  The reception desk will be open from October 21 to 23. All participants who have registered through the conference website are requested to stop by the desk to pick up your name tag and conference kit.
(3)  Registration Fee for Conference includes followings:
    * Admission to all sessions from Oct.21 to Oct 24.
    * Name tag, notebook, souvenir, abstract book, and proceedings.  
    * Coffee and breads at all coffee breaks.
Registration fees do not include the conference dinner. The conference dinner will be held on Oct. 23 at "Yokohama Monolith" (map).
(4) Students are required to submit a copy of their current student ID upon registration, and to present their student ID at the reception desk. For details, see the registration site.

Accommodation
The official travel agency, KNT-CT Global Travel CO., LTD (KNT). has secured hotel rooms close to the conference venue. If you would like to book a room, please apply through the registration site. You may register for the conference and accommodation at the same time.
 
Payment
No registration and/or reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment.
*Applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail once they complete the payment.
Payment by credit card or bank transfer can be accepted.
All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.
 
Cancellation Policy
<Registration Fee and/or Conference Dinner>
Cancellation made before September 13 will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellation on or after September 13. 
<Accommodation Fee>
Please see the details mentioning in the registration page.
 
Refunds will be made during or after the conference upon with deducting bank transfer fee, and/or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties. If payment is made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card. If the payment is made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account. In case of any change and/or cancellation, a written notice should be sent to KNT-CT Global Travel Co., Ltd. by email (gcws2019-registration@or.knt.co.jp).
